System Of Glazing

STRUCTURAL Glazing - STICK SYSTEM
In this system usually vertical (mullion) members are installed first, followed by horizontal (transom) members and finally Glazing. (Sticking of glass with Silicone to the surface of Aluminum members)

STRUCTURAL Glazing - UNITISED SYSTEM
This system comprises entirely of large framed units, pre-assembled at the factory, complete with spandrel and vision panels. The vertical edges of the units join to form mullion members. Top and bottom members join to form the horizontal rails and the units may be one or more stories height. This system provides assembly under controlled shop conditions, where the work can be carefully inspected and the facilitates repaid enclosure,
with a minimum of field joints. The system however requires more space for assembly and on-site storage, so is very expensive.

STRUCTURAL Glazing - SEMI-UNITISED SYSTEM
This system is a combination of STICK & UNITISED system. Mullion and Transom members are installed first, followed by pre-assembled glazed units. This system has the advantage of unitized system, involves handling of less bulky units, but requires more manpower at site, so is expensive.

SPIDER Glazing - PATCH FITTING ( SUSPENDED Glazing / BOLTED Glazing)
Sheets of toughened glass are assembled with special bolts and brackets and supported by a secondary structure, to create a near transparent facade or roof with a flush external surface.

Here the glass is fixed together with corner, rectangular, patch plates and the whole assembly is then either suspended from the top or stacked from the ground. Suspended Glazing system utilizes the minimum amount of framing for a given glass area and are used as Glazing features on prestige buildings. Glass fins may be used to brace the assembly- The weight of the glass is transferred through the corner plates and suspension system- The joints between adjacent panes/glass units are weather sealed on site with wet-applied sealant.

CANOPIES
No longer have a shady affair, new designs and use of glass and Aluminum as material reinvented the idea of canopy. Usually erected at the entrance of a building, a canopy design plays an important part in projecting the overall appearance of the building.

SKYLIGHTS
Windows to the Heavens. Offers a dean appearance and greater security in lobbies, atriums, underground car parking, etc. Also available in various designs such as pyramids, domes, polygons, ridges, sheds, barrel-vaults, etc.

SEALANTS
These play a critical role in the Glazing. Because of the amount of joint movement, to which they are subjected high performance capability is a critical essential. The key to good sealant adhesion is a clean dry surface of Aluminum and glass. Structural silicone is used for Aluminum to glass joint and weather sealant silicon for sealing joint.

GLASS
Glass stands as the best medium that can satisfy the requirements of all the above factors. This fact has been proved practically over the years as more & more structural landmarks and marvels use glass in its best form

COLOR AND APPEARANCE
There is a wide variety of colors available in today's architectural glass. Besides the available colors of tinted float glass, the use of reflective coatings on the second surface enhances the tint of the base glass, giving an even wider variety of colors to select from.

SELECTION OF GLASS
Selection of right glass by any professional designer for a particular application involves various factors & studies.
Clear & Tinted Float Glass.
Reflective Glass & Low - E Glass.
Tempered / heat Strengthened Glass.
Laminated Safety Glass.
Double Glazed Insulated Glass.
Frameless Door / Shower System.
Curved / Bend Glass.

Aluminum COMPOSITE PANEL CLADDING
Aluminum Composite panels are composed of low-density polyethylene sandwiched between two Aluminum sheets, which are lightweight, rigid bendable composite materials. The surface of the material is offered with a fluorocarbon coating is applied on top ensuring superior corrosion resistance and weather ability. Also, the durable finish ensures no constraint in design & construction. Ifs structure can guarantee thermal insulation and excellent sound proofing characterized.

APPLICATIONS
BUILDING EXTERIOR WALL COVERING
SOFRT AND FASCIA PANELS
ARCHITECTURAL EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR SIGNBOARD
SPANDREL PANELS
COLUMN COVERS, ROOM DIVIDERS
CANOPIES
PARAPET WALLS / COPINGS
SHOP FRONTS
CEILINGS

VARIOUS COLOR CHOICE
Customer can choose various color patterns from the color chart. It means designers builders can make building various functional design patterns and colors.

LIGHT WEIGHT
Less than 1/2-1/3 weight of same size of other metal panels, it means reducing building load stress as well as easily handle the material.

SURFACE FINISH
PVDF (Polyinylidene fluoride) Surface which provides excellent durability and color retention. Superb adhesion and flexibility, outstanding chemical and resistance to meet the requirements.

Standard Thickness available 4mm and 3mm.
